RIYADH, January 30 (CIC) – King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) signed on Tuesday 12 contracts to implement various humanitarian and relief projects for the Syrian people, in several Syrian cities.
In a statement to the press here today, Advisor to the Royal Court and the Supervisor General of KSRelief Centre, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, said that the 12 projects, worth a total of $18.3 million, were signed under the directive of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The projects aim at food security, health care and hospital operation, as well as community support in education, protection, agriculture, shelter and improved livelihoods.
The projects aim at alleviating the suffering of the Syrian people, inside the most affected areas, such as Al-Ghouta, Daraa, Homs and others.
These are part of a series of aid projects implemented by KSRelief, for the Syrian people, inside as well as outside Syria.
